The first time I saw a pic of Ella was when she was an actual yearling, at the time I knew she would never be mine. Not only is she mine, but she is the dam of my first son of Gunner.

The story about purchasing Ella is this. I had purchased a season to Gunner at the High Roller Stallion Auction! I was so SHOCKED that I had won the bid! So I was like who to breed to. I was going to breed Rosie to him, but while browsing I saw Ellas Picture again, that same one I had fallen in love with years before! FOR SALE!! I jumped at the chance, she was in my budget and she was my dream mare. So we bought her!
Ella is boarded at The South Farm (http://thesouthfarm.net). Travis and Heather take outstanding care of the horses on their farm a huge thanks to them and their staff for all the hard work they do. The South Farm also offers reiners a fine group of stallions for stud service.. Ella is in foal to The South Farm's senior sire Dun It With A Twist this beautiful son of Hollywood Dun It has been a consistent sire throwing tremendous athletes that are beautiful and colorful with great minds and soundness I am very excited about this foal coming.

I could spend all day on this mares pedigree. All told she has it all, color, pedigree, and has been bred to 2 super stallions in the industry. Hopefully she will be a cornerstone for the horses Icon Farms will produce in the future.
